My grandmother has filed a case u/s 125 crpc for maintenance against my father and his elder brother.and the court had ordered us to give her 2500/p.m and my uncle to pay 1500/p.m to her. She is living with us in our house.my father is a govt servant and is going to be retired in Feb 2018, while the uncle doesn't work.we came to know that the grandmother has 3 bank accounts and she also gets ageold pension also.she had also issued cheques worth about 4,5 lakhs to her daughters.now, as my father is going to be retired, can we go to higher court for review of the order as his income from pension would be 20,000/- RS only.and grandmother has ample amount of money with her,since she has been issuing cheques to her daughter's. What shall we do, please tell.
