Q: Clarification on grounds for divorce
I am a hindu 3 year married man wants divorce from my wife. Intially she was very dominating. I was depressed and get involved with a girl. I want to take divorce from my wife and marry this girl. I told my wife about it but she is not giving divorce. What I can do to rake divorce from her. Please guide me.

You can file criminal case as well as divorce case . In criminal case you can file 498 case against her husband and his family members . In divorce case u can file divorce in the ground of fraud and can also file OP for return of gold and money . Keep all documents for purchase of gold ornaments .
Q: Legal action against husband not willing to stay together
My husband purposely stays away from me and tells he doesnt need me. Please advice if there is anyway to sort this out legally?

Talk to your husband , if he not at all willing to continue the relationship and even u want to separate then best option is mutual consent divorce . You will be separated after filing petition for divorce by mutual consent before family crt with in u r jurisdiction . After 6 months after filing petition u will get divorce .

My husband always torture me physically and mentally ..I married since 28 years and I can't afford his torture .what are the laws for it

Their are many legal remedies available for you . You can approach magistrate court and file case against your husband as per DV Act , u can file 498 case against him . In all matters you have to maintain medical records to prove your case against your husband for physical torture. Further you can also file case for divorce under cruelty ground .
Q: Complaint against daughter in law for harassment to in laws.
My parents are getting ill treated at the hands of my sister in law. She harasses us telling that she will tell people that it is she who is being harassed by us. My brother does not say much in this matter. She even beats and abuse her kid to show her anger towards us. She wants to live separately, but my brother is not willing to stay separate.

In u r case it is better to talk to u r elder brother and discuss seriously about the matter . If she is creating troubles then u r parents can file a complaint against her before police . Try to resolve the matter among yourself . In this case u r brother has to take a decision for the family .
Q: How can I fully enjoy my visitation rights over my child?
In the mutual papers it is not mentioned regarding time or venue to see the child... Now they are allowing only few hours with my child nd not letting to take him home with me...he is 3.5 yrs old.. I just need to take him with me for sometime.. Is there any provision..please advice..

Firstly custody differ according to your religion.In case of Hindu religion legal custody vest with mother and in case of Muslim religion legal custody with father. As in your case as the child is very small custody is always preferred with mother but father has the right to visit and spend time and that can be discussed with your spouse and if they r not allowing it you can approach crt for the same.
