i have two kids daughter 6 years and son 3 years ,my wife gave wrong complaints in police station due to which i under pressure signed divorce in 13b but if on final hearing i refuse can i get six more months or if i do not appear on final hearing

Q: Grandfather died leaving behind a house all three son wants to sell it

My grandfather left home in his will for his three sons. Now all three sons want to sell the property. But one grandson is not leaving the property. We cannot sell property if it is not vacant. What should we do.

Q: Father died leaving behind property want to transfer it on mother name

Hello. I am a 25 year-old man working in private sector. My father passed away recently (August 2017). We are now 3 members in the family. My mother, elder brother and myself. We have a house which was in the name of my father. Though it was built by my grandfather, but after his death, my father got it transferred to himself with my grandmother's consent. We have a signed affidavit by my aunt (bua) who has given a consent about no claim in this house. So I want to know what is the process of transferring this property to my mother's name? Please guide me. Please reply for any further information, if required. Thanks.

Q: Police not taking action against my husband for DV as he is in police

Police and women cell take no action against my husband because my husband is a police man. now what i do. my husband and his family beat me everyday because of dowry. i filled case against my husband but their was no action is taken by police, i put case also in women cell but same here no action is taken. what will i do.
