Advocate Firoz Raza Ansari answered
if he got married and you still want to sue your ex you can but the fact is that do you really want to do so because after filling the case against him it is still not worth it. but as you said you want to withdraw the FIR, Anytime before chargesheet is filed you can withdraw complaint by writing a letter to the police Station head, where FIR is lodged. If the police refuse to withdraw complaint, you can ask accused to move to get complaint quashed and give evidence to judge and they will withdraw your complaint.

Q: Husband wants divorce as wife have illicit physical relationship

i am hindu guy married a girl 5 month back but now i found that my has relationship physically also before and after marriage for more than 5 years, i have proof of mobile phone with chatting details and confession of her in mobile recording. what are the ways open for me legally.

Advocate Firoz Raza Ansari answered
yes, you can certainly give her divorce as the Divorce Act, 1869 mentioned it in section 10 about the Grounds for dissolution of Marriage as one of the points to be as committed Adultery. and it is only a matter of proof in the court and it seems that you have sufficient evidence to prove the same but be 100% sure that you want a divorce. you have to hire an Advocate and Ask him to file the divorce in the court for you.

you can visit the circle office and ask about the said dag no. to the concerned mandal and he will surely help you out with the dag no given by the ex-owner of the eksona land you have bought. However you can ask the mandal about the said dag no and the plot of land regarding its history.
