Q: What is the procedure to file cheque bounce case

Respected Sir/Mam, My Concern is what can i do if Chaeque has been Bounce, & what is basic Legal Action can we take Immediate against Issuer? Also i have Information If cheque will be bounce we will complaint at same branch of bank against cheque issuer is it Fact? please Help..

you cheque were present that bank jurisdiction is your jurisdiction you file case that area go to which jurisdiction so you file the case that court you send me your bank address and your address and who is give cheque that person bank address

Q: Purchased land & land not hand over after 6 years please advise

Dear Sir Namaskar, My query simple one 6 years back purchased a land 200 Sq yards 70 km from vijayawada near village jayanti at that time property cost Rs 80,000. i was given receipt for the amount but not handed over property after repeat calls & visiting office given 2 checks for the amount after 4 years of payment taking my amount receipt earlier given to me. The 2 checks bounced when asked replied due to urgent payment to others bank balance is nil. Again after repeated queries & visit to his office promised to pay me Rs.2,00,000 as per present govt cost but given in nov-16 only Rs.50,000 rest assured to pay coming months that dosen't happen till now. Now the land cost is Rs 8,000 sq yard. Since working abroad 28/28 days rotation unable to follow up. Recently came to know the seller already had a 420 case on him. Feel cheated, if left this seller running property associates in vijayawada chances others get cheated, expanded his business. please advise how to proceed in this case.

first you go to police station and put up the case against him u/s 418, 420, 506 and how many days to produced 2 checks to your bank and you do not told me you gives to legal notice or not to who cheated to you full details give me

Q: Can third party file partition suit if real successors are present

A partition suit filed by third party ignoring the first degree successor just only on the basis of revenue record pahanis . the successors have original registered documents year 1954 and a succession certificate granted by the authorities and the name of one successor is appearing in revenue record . other third party uncles names are appearing in revenue record fraudantly . can the third party file a suit for partition in the presence of real successors

Respected sir i took a consumer loan (tata capital) purchased a TV on 08/10/2013 loan amount rs 100000 - rs 22224 adv 4 emis - rs1000 fee = 77776 rupees net disbursement repayment is in 14 installments (each 5556/-rs) i paid 7 EMI's ( 7 x 5556/-rs= 38892/-rs) + 4 advace EMI's 22224/-rs = 61116 from (08/10/13 paid 22224 rs + 28/11/13 paid 5556 rs + 18/01/2014 paid 5558 rs + 25/02/14 paid 5556 rs + 30/08/2014 paid 5556/-rs + 16/10/14 paid 5556 rs + 13/1/2015 paid 5556/-rs + 30/06/15 paid 2000 rs + 26/08/15 paid 3000/-rs + 28/10/2015 paid 3000/-rs) all 14 cheques are bounced, they deducted 16 cheque bounced charges 7200/-rs (14 x 450/-) in november 2015 again in december 2016 i met with an accident, recovering health i went to tata capital office on 13/01/2017 and i requested time to the officer to repay the remaining amount today night i got a call and threatining me, the tata capital officials want to come to my house sir now what shall i do, pls thanking you

first you ask how much balance pending and how much I paid ask to give peper print after again approach me send me that papers ok you take full details to tata capital office statement give me total you paid and balance details
