My boyfriend cheated with me, he committed first for marriage.after we are 4 years relationship and now he deny for marriage. he had more excuses. First you can approach police authorities for lodging a f.i.r against that person . Write a complaint explaining the whole story. If police don't lodge your f.i.r than you can file a application under section 156(3) ,crpc in the court .court will order police to register your case.
