I am being harassed by a guy whom I met while traveling from Jaipur to Delhi in the year 2018-19. The person along with his family member (another guy) sexually harassed me on the train. I kept quiet about that incident as I was too young to understand. Before harassment, they managed to take my number in lieu of some work. However, now after so many years, the same person texts me and calls me. I blocked his number but still, he manage to text me with other numbers. He offers to buy me in return for sexual intercourse and abuse me and my family. I tried to "talk it out" but this can never work with guys like this. I am now so frustrated with his messages. I don't know what to do.

you file a complaint /fir against assused at cyber cell/ cyber police station or local police station . find the police station which have jurisdiction of area. if they can't coprate or help you can file a case directly to court. you send your complaint by post also. don't hesitate

Don't worry. as you mentioned facts you're mother is not involved in any kind of business. in these situations she denied any kind of cheque was issued by him so she is not responsible for pay particular cheque. main facts are depends on legal notice which was serving you by opposite advocate.
