You can approach to high court for bail coz 17 year girl is mature and knowing what's wrong and right and beside court also see the age of your father. And the high court definitely give the bail..... Section 354A(1) read with sec 8 of pocso. First u filed bail to high court.

Sir my friend took my bike to himachal Pradesh ,near Kangra police caught him insurance has expired, RC is in finance .he consult the advate in Kangra and given all details which is photo copies and 2 months over .when ever he is calling .advocate is saying that court not declare the date.what is this is their another way to take my bike .or just forget the bike for Indian laws please answer my question
