Q: legal guidance on criminal case

I have section 385,506, borivali court . I didnt recd chargesheet copy sheet. case is of 2016 charge is filed in 2020. Qtns are1. lawyer ko kitne fees dene chaye hiring basis par depends on section and market rates.2. lawyter ko kehte charge sheet ki copy do woh paise mangta hain 1000rs fees honge. kya fees jo hain woh hiring ki amount mein inculde nahi hote hain.Kya uska fees dene padte hain chargesheet ki ya ko bhi alag service ho.3. Passort bhi renew karna hain kehta hain ki 4000 fees honge application dena ka.kya iske bhi fees hote hain4. Agar mein lawyer change karo uska kya procedure hain bcz old lawyer noc nahi de raha hain. Kya muje free lawyer mil sata hain ya normal charges lawyer mein middle class family se hu5.abhi locdown mein aaj hearing thi unse kaha ki aap aao mat court se mein tarik le lunga but maine suna hain court band hain aur court be dfauly genral dates de rahe hain bcz crowd nahi chahiye.

u can change ur advocate without noc.. there is a diff charges for hiring advocate... u can see ur next date and update ur case via online on ecourt website.. passport ke liey alg application karni hogi.. uska alag charge le saktye...

Q: CHEQUE BOUNCE NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT 138

I have filed a case for cheque bounce but the main culprit is missing from starting day & his family is here & they say we dnt no abt him.His family sent Lawyer & they take dates after dates in court.Kindly advice me what to do need advice in this

main culprit received the summons or not. if received summons issue nbw. if summons not received confirm exact address and re issue summons and also confirm is mobile number and email id for taking further steps

Q: Refund of membership charges taken by society wrongfully

Hello Sir, I have a question paying membership charges when becoming a member of the society. Sir, I bought a resale flat and when I became a member of the society, I paid the premium charges Rs. 25000 non-refundable. But later I came to know that the society has never passed the resolution of charging these membership charges in the AGM and they charged me membership amount. So my question is am I liable to pay these charges even if the resolution was never passed when I became the member of the society?? Cooperative law says resolution should be passed in AGM and amount should be decided by members. And now I am asking to refund my money back, society is hesitant to pay these charges back. Please give me the advice. Thanks in advance.

U must recover these money from society. Without any resolution society cannot received any amount . this is illegal practices of society committe . u can file civil as well as criminal case. And recover ur entire amount with interest

Q: Legal procedure to quash petition u/s 498A of IPC

I have filed 498a.it was love marriage.I didn't have proof of marriage.then I filed dv.dv court declared that I am legally wedded wife.but my husband has submitted in affidavit that he never married to me.he dont even know me.he has made many serious allegations on me. his parents filled affidavit in court in which they have called me his "keep". after everything I came to know that he has cheated me in the name of marriage.I want court take back it's order that I am his legally wedded wife as he got shelter of all the crimes he committed towards me in the name of marriage. I want to dismiss 498a and file 376. given all the proofs to police and PP but they didnt even care to check evideces. how can I approach court for quashing 498a

First u approach ur dv case. In dv case u file affidavit n prove ur marriage. Then u can't u turn and say u aren't married. It's difficult to prove 376 . Court can action against u to file false affidavit n say. So carefully study ur dv case then take next step
