Q: Misappropriation of office fund
I want to know that my department demoted me from the post as I had used office fund on my mother's treatment in emergency as I was not able to arrange it. After caught,I was demoted and the department asked me to refund the amount from my monthly salary which I had paid and the full amount were recovered in Mar 2021. In nov 2021 I had submitted application to the department for reversal of post, but till now I didn't get any proper response from the department. I want to know if I am entitled.
