సర్, 1985 రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ EC లో మా నాన్న పేరు ఉంది, అడంగల్, 1b లో పేరు లేదు. గత 40 సం. లు గా మా చిన్నాన్న అందులో సాగు చేసుకుంటున్నారు, అతని పేరు మీదే పాసుబుక్, అడంగల్, 1b వుంది. అతనికి adverse possession వస్తుంద? 2021 లో మా నాన్న అతనికి ( చిన్నాన్న ) 50,000 లకు అమ్మినట్లు 100 రూపాయలు బాండ్ పేపర్ మీద సంతకం చేసి ఇచ్చాడు.

yes he will get right of adverse possession. but he has to file suit for declaration of property in court. weather you have any registered document or not. your father signed on unregistered docunent. that is not cobsiderable in the court of law

yes. first of all you have to check property iwned by your father is ancestreal oe self acquired property. if it is ancestreal property your father can not write will on his own. if it is self acquired property he has the right to write will. weather will is registered or not. any will can be challnged in the court. burden of proof lies on you.. mater in the will has to be studied. that is terms and conditions
