मैं एक शादीसुदा महिला हूँ और मेरी एक 9 साल की बेटी है जब मेरी शादी हुई थी तो मेरे ससुराल वालो ने पति की कमाई अच्छी बता कर एक मोटी रकम ली थी आज स्थिति ये है की मेरे पति के पास कोई जॉब है और ना ही अपनी बेटी की जिम्मेदारी उठाता है मैं एक सरकारी टीचर हूँ अपनी बेटी की सारी जिम्मेदारी मैं ही उठाती हूँ और तो और शादी के तुरंत बाद मेरा सारा जेवर अपने पास रख लिया है अब जब मैं माँगती हूँ तो देने से इंकार करते हैं प्लिज़ मुझे बताएँ मैं क्या करूँ

What is legal age for marriage? I'm 26 and I am married to 20 years girl in april 2016. I want to register my marriage but facing problem due to new law of 21 years for both parties. We both are Hindu. When did the age changed for registration and what can be done to register my marrriage

HiAccording to hindu married act boy age 21 and girl age 18 legal age.both party's not age 21 year according to law .you not change age.you registered marriage ragistor office done.your both party's age completed.

Q: Harassment by police for repayment of loan amount

My brother has taken loan from local people in Firozabad on interest and then he ran away from home. Now the local people with police harassing me and my family for the recovery of money. What legal action can i take in this situation?

Firstly you should be inform the senior police officer if they are unable to help then go to high court writte petition faile a case they will help you.your brother paid loan liability.you are not liability loan.

My father,78 years,hindu religion has two daughters.One is in Canada and i am married to defence officer.My father inherited ancestral agriculture land.he had filed case in SDM Sadar Tehsil in april 2015 to divide ancestral land among his brothers.But one of his brother objected saying he does need land since both of his daughters are married to well off family He will sell off ancestral land. he had given money to my father when he was bulding his house.(false allegation.By the time my father was well settled. what benefit my father can get from Indian law as he has two daughters

Hi,According to Indian law your father & your father's brother would have equal share in agricultural ancestral land.The property maintained by himself (or anybody) wouldn't be divided in others.so no one can stopped your father to find benefit in agricultural ancestral land & ancestral abadi land.

Uttar pradesh revenue code 2006 according sec. 97 Notwithstanding anything contained in the transfer of property act 1882 or the Indian registration act 1908 a lease referred to in sec 95 for a period exceeding one year shall we made either by a registered instrument or in the manner prescribed.CORRESPONDING-Sec 158 & 159 of uttar pradrsh Zamindari Abolition and kand reforms act 1950.Thank you.
