Q: Wife left my home leaving my minor daughter & wants to come back
My wife left me & my 6 year old autistic daughter two months back & if she wants to come back later on what legal contract should I make which remains valid in court for future safety & took sign of her that she doesn't do such things in future or if she does that again than this will go against her & i remain safe with my daughter

Q: My lawyer has filed is threating me through police for money.
I have withdrawn case against my husband and filed mutual divorce, my lawyer was unhappy and wants money, so he is threatening me through police to pressurise me for more money.He doesn't have any written agreement with me for any settlement fees, also settlement was not done through him. He is harrassing me by stalking, now I received a call from police station to visit regarding complaint from my lawyer. But police is not sharing any complaint copy or written notice.What to do?

You are free for withdrawn case not a special criteria I think you write a complaint against lawyer and firstly you send a complaint for high court bar council and secondly Send a copy for SP or Dc I sure your problem is resolved
Q: Payment of gratuity pending Disciplinary Proceedings
I retired from Group B Officer post on 31.08.2025 . At the time of retirement , discplinary proceeding were pending . Department withheld my gratuity invoking Rule 81 (1)(c) of Haryana Pension Rules . But section 14 of Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 has overriding effect over any other rule/enactment of the employer and also there is no provision in Gratuity Act 1972 that Gratuity of an employee may be withheld due to pending disciplinary proceedings . Kindly suggest what to do ?
