Q: Deficiency in Service by car company and thus a consumer complaint

I had booked a Car in January 2021 with a tentative waiting period of 8-9 weeks. After a lot of delay, the car was delivered to me in June 2021 after 20 weeks. I want to file a case against the company in Consumer forum in order to compensate myself for the breach of trust and mental agony. Help me with the next appropriate steps and how should I proceed.

Q: Name put in a suicide note because of jealousy

I was having a relationship with a young married woman. After some time I wanted to move out as it was already the wrong. So asked her but she started threatening to call my family or to do suicide. After some time she got this delusion that I am having an affair with another girl. After some time she did suicide and put the other girls name in suicide.What would be further procedure in the case. What will happen to the girl who has done actually nothing as both have never met with each other at all.

The case depends on actual wording of Suicide note and also the case majorly depends on time and way of suicide. Because if there any instigation or provocation as per Sec 306 IPC then the case proceed according to the same.But there is need of more details, if you can provide.
