The parent documents through which the property was devolved is to be seen....Patta is only a supporting Evidence...Patta does not grant Title....Who has Possession is important....We have to see if some party can claim right through Possession or through Adverse Possession.... Invalid Registration can be challenged in Court within period of Limitation.

There is no bar on Renting out a property and earning income out of it....Government Employee running a business by himself may be objectionable as per Service Conditions...Vit owning a commercial property does not come under this Bar....
