I have been married for past 12 years with two kids. But due to violence and mental harassment want to file a divorce case. Initially living with in - laws. Got separated from them past few months. I got divorced in 2017 Jan n my family has taken all my alimony and streedhan. Continously torture and harassed me. Even got molested by my cousin(tauji son) family knows about it. Cald on women helpline many times but of no use. M Indian. Wanted to know what to do in this case
