Q: Legal implications of criminal case on government job

Currently I am working in central govt but under probation. There is F.I.R registered against me and charges levelled are 495, 498a, 504, 323,34 and dowry act 3 and 4 .I am selected in Bihar staff selection commission . I have to leave current job and want to join Bihar govt. Service. Appointment and attestatiin has yet to come.will it effect on my appointment ? What should I do?

Q: Seller after getting 95% amount denying to sell the property

MY father has paid about 95% to seller by cheque in seller account,but now seller says that he cannot sell the plot,according to agreement time expired today. Now how can i get amount back from seller

Q: Divorced on notary paper, can I remarry ?

i am seprated with my wife with a mutual sepration bond with having it notarized in front of a lawyer since last 3 years i am not in contact with her since than and she also didn't contacted me i want to know that what to do for getting remarried
