Q: Registration done but complete handover as promised isn't done..
As per my agreement the builder has to handover the flat within 45days of registration with painted walls, tiles and interiors. But it's been 5months since registration and now also the walls have cracks, no paint, broken tiles and interiors not completed. I sent them mails and calls asking the status but they didn't replied either. They gave me duplicate key but still the work tools is inside flat without work getting finished. How can I proceed legally? Will I be losing anything if I proceed?
