in reality it is very difficult to explain this query as being a wife you can claim maintenance according to the status of your husband which could you explain with record , permanent alimony could not be decided by court forcefully as per my view

Q: Noise from upstairs neighbour's kids

There is constant noise from my upstair's neighbour. It starts in the morning and goes on till the night. I have made several complaints to my society's security team and have mailed them several times. Even after them speaking to them a couple of times, nothing has changed. Today again after a full day of thumping noises, when I complained, their answer was "han hum dance kar rahe hain, unko bolo wo bhi aa jaein". They have disrupted my sleep, give me mental stress and are now being brazen about this isssue. Is there a way I can sue them?
