Q: Can an objection be raised in a court marriage

Hello actuly maine 12 April 2018 ko court marrige ki hai us case me kitne time k bad koi bhi objection ni kiya ja skta I mean agar koi aginst hai to kitne time k bad koi bhi case ni kiya ja sakta.

Nobody can challenge the marriage if the spouses are major the only person who can challenge the marriage is your spouse only(but remember spouse should be major and not committing bigamy).This is the legal position .

Q: Procedure to get the salary of the deceased employee for his children.

My uncle was in pac he passed away at the age of 43 most important he was at holiday of 5 days now what should we do to get the full salary to fulfill the desires of the children and what is varisan certificate

Dear Questioner,Your question has 2 parts, as far first part is concern it should be little bit more detailed for eg term and conditions of employment.Coming on to your query regarding the warisan certificate .Warisan or succession is legal heir certificate.But there is a vast difference between the two.The warisan certificate is a certificate issued by the tehsil office on application by the legal heir of deceased person.This certificate is issued after due enquiry is taken up by the tehsil authorities.waisan certificate discloses the names all legal heirs of deceased person when issued.It is only issued for purpose of monitory value of below Rs 5000 (provision stated here are applicable in state of Uttar Pradesh and may vary from state to state)It is important as it is a proof for your legal heirship.For all other purpose above Rs 5000 you have to apply to Civil courts for getting succession certificate.
