In the civil lawn there is an declared suit for changing the name but if there is an mistake of adhar card when u search online there is an option for update first you try it If it is available in online than update it.Thank u

Q: Case listing in allahabad high court

I am a petioner and filed a writ petition in allahabad high court..Writ A regarding service matter..My case is displayed for admission in chief justice court , in online displayed board for 20 minutes duration...when i asked my lawyer he replied that nothing happened in my case and your case will be listed in next week automatically..but my question is that if both petioner and respndents advocates are not present in court then what is going on in court for 20 minutes in my case....

Firstly it is related to the condition of file , as per CPC there is an order 9 relate, appearance of party consequences of non appearance of Party , if plantiff or defendent are not appearedthan court have power to Dismiss the case
