Q: laptop company not repairing laptop & the warranty is about to expire
Last year in Sept. I bought a laptop from an online site through my wife's card on EMI but in July 2023 month my laptop's touchpad stopped working. So I filed a complaint on Infinix Laptop Care Service (Carlcare Service Center) It has been almost 1 month my issue has not been resolved, I called the service centre 7-8 times but they said we are waiting for parts or contact our technical team and all... I also sent an email but no revert from them. What should I do now I want a laptop replacement.
