Will - Rights of minor shareholder in property willed by parent

24-Sep-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
I have 45% share in a property and my brother has 55%. Are our rights same? can he force me to sell the property, because he is a major shareholder, and divide the proceeds?

No, he can not force you to sell the property against your will. If you are minor then definitely you would be having a guardian. It's the guardian's duty to protect your interest.
