Validity of will after death and consequences of challenge of will

07-Jan-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
Hi, According to Indian Constitution, if a person bequeaths(will is also registered under district registration office) property and gives equal share to his sons but does not give any share to his daughter, will the daughter be able to challenge the will in court and if so, what are the possible consequences? Self acquired property nothing comes from family source. It's a self purchased property of deceased from his own income. By religion hindu **person is already died.

At the time of probate, the daughter has right to raise objection on certain grounds before the Probate Court and then that matter will be considered as Testamentary Suit and it will be contested as per Law. If you wish to take my Legal opinion professionally upon online payment, then can contact.
