Unregistered will to be prooved

The will executed by my grandfather has 3 signatures on the will and 1 signature does not match with other two .big differences. And as per law does not both witnesses required to testify the will in court after the death of my grandfather. Medical and physical fitness certificates are compulsory at the time of execution of the will.
