My father have 2 wives. From 1st wife has 2 daughter both married. From 2nd wife he has a son (me). 1st wife is no more she passed away recently. My father wants me to inherit everything and he has a registered will but he is afraid that after he is gone my other siblings are gonna claim on the property and create dispute over will. May be forge an unauthentic will or drag to clirt for share.
In your experience in such scenario what is gonna happen in court? who will be the beneficiary?
Dear Sir.. If your father has made a will then no need to worry.. If your siblings commit some forgery you can initiate criminal proceedings against them.
