Stay on property on which probate case is in court

My elder brother forged a will of my deceased father as per which my fathers Jose would be solely his.we are 2 brothers only,a probate case of which is in the court since 2015 ,now my brother has rented this property without my knowledge on a registered lease deed wherein he has stated that he is the sole owner of the property.Now I would like to know what legal action can I take to prevent him from taking the rent.can I take a stay on this property .please let me know the best legal action I can take .Thanks With regards Praveen khanna
