12-Jan-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
I have a son who is living with with her mother with whom I am divorced. I have a property in my name which was inherited from my late mother. Since my son who is 26 years old and must be earning, I want to disqualify him from that property after my death. Will disowning my son and making will disqualify my son. If not what is the other way ?

This is my response to you:
1. Since it your self-owned property you can choose to dispose of the same as per your wishes;
2. You can make a Will in favour of your current wife or other child or your parents;
3. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
