Myeslf sahil gunjal( age 20)nI'm opted trading as my career and I have loan around 80-90 thousand! My family detained me and won't allow to trade n snatch away my phone and threatened to leave trading and stockmarket they are not allowing me to do it ...I want to live independently and work and build my career from it but it won't happen because te detained me in rural area lack of resources and everything...I want to move to city and they are not ready won't give my mobile phone which has all data and documents in it ..my loans would be bounce and everything will be shattered ..I just want to leave home and build my own lifestyle my parents mentality is like it's gambling all what about family reputation all ... what should I do now ...I don't have my mobile and nothing they just came me in house and want me do whatever they took decision !! nMy friend leaves in pune should I ask him to file heabeas corpus writ for me ??
Well, you could have filed a Writ of Habeus Corpus if you were in the legal detention of the authorities. However, here you are in the illegal detention of your own family, so to get out of their detention, you need to lodge a mere FIR through your friend.
