How to get succession certificate/probate/ legal heir certificate

Want to get above mentioned as will is not registered & what is the cost involved ?
then you need to get your will probated from the court in your jurisdiction. 9711 call at 93 eight zero nine 8. the probate case is filed u/s 278 of indian succession act and notice shall be send to other legal heirs. their is nt much court fee involved in filing probate will case apart from litigation fees
