Entire property to be in son's name after death

17-Mar-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
If I want to give my entire property to my son and nothing to my daughter as my daughter is independent and married. What should I do so that after my death she cannot challenge my decision in court and trouble my son. I am Hindu.

You can make a Will according to Section 30 of Hindu Succession Act and give all the rights to your son and in that will put an exclusionary clause that after your death, your daughter shall have no right over your property.
