Detailed Process of Will creation of my Property

Will Creation of Property
Please guide me how to create Will of myself to make owner to my son of all my property.
Where to make that? Collectrate etc.
Which lawyer to consult?
What papers I should attach?
What papers my son need to attach?
How-much time it will take to register.
I am not sure whether I have all papers of agriculture land. Please let me know how to get those?
If there any detailed guide of FAQ available on any website, please provide me link.as well, so that there is no dispute later.

Any person with a sound mind and who is not a minor can bequeath his/her property with the help of a Will.
A Will can be executed on a plain paper and remains fully valued even if unregistered, i.e., it is not compulsory to register it under law. However, that does not stop a person from registering the same simply to put an end to any doubts raised over its authenticity. So i will recommend to get it registered.
