I had purchased commercial space (on lease hold) on mother's name and I am nominee. I hold her power of attorney as well for all rights to sub lease / sale property. My query is on will / documentation required in case of any unpleasant situation in future as mother is aged. Can I make will for lease property space or how do I secure my name transfer ?

before answering your question please let me know that how many brother and sisters do you have as far as making a will or other documents for securing your name in the said property in coming future my suggestion would be that after the demise of your mother if you are the only child then the said property will automatically devolve upon you and your father and as far as making a will is concerned if there are other legal heirs then you will have to take probate of the said will and in that case every legal heirs will have to be served with notice for the probate of said of the will.
