can a second registered will challenged in the court?

My maternal grandmother has registered a will since 1990, and i have residing the property till 2019 continuously, thereafter my maternal grandmother was expired since 2008, and therefore, my maternal uncle (mothers brother) can create a second will since 1998 and these will may also be registered. but the last 30 years i have residing these property and the possession of this property is my from last 30 years, but my maternal uncle was creates their rights through their second will.
kindly provide me a right solution.?

Both the wills need to be perused. On account of 30 years of residence, you can file suit for adverse possession.
