Can a gift deed once registered be challenged

I have a property was gifted by my grandfather through registered gift deed in the year 1992. Mutaion is also in my name and rent duly paid regurarly. Last year one of my relative filed a suit to revoke the gift deed. It is possible that some one challenge the gift deed after so many years.
Limitation for cancellation of the documents is three years from its date of execution or from the date of knowledge so one has to prove the case in both the way before entering into merits so work accordingly
