At The H Law Group, my work is centered on California DUI defense and criminal defense. As a former Los Angeles City Attorney prosecutor, I now use that experience to defend people accused of DUI, felony DUI, multiple-offense DUI, and related driving crimes throughout California.
My team and I have handled thousands of DUI and criminal cases, from first-offense misdemeanors to complex felonies. In DUI matters, we focus on the stop, field sobriety testing, breath and blood analysis, and the DMV Administrative Per Se hearing that controls your driver’s license. We treat every case as if it may go to trial, which keeps us prepared in court and often improves the offers on the table.
Because The H Law Group maintains offices in Los Angeles, Orange County (Irvine), Riverside/Temecula, San Diego, San Jose, and Santa Barbara, we are in California DUI and criminal courts almost every day. Our practice includes appearances at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, the Airport and Metropolitan courthouses in Los Angeles, the main Orange County justice centers, the Riverside Hall of Justice and Southwest Justice Center, central and regional courts in San Diego County, the Hall of Justice in San Jose, and the Santa Barbara and Santa Maria divisions.
In addition to DUI and criminal defense, we selectively handle personal injury cases involving serious motor-vehicle collisions and animal attacks, including dog bites. We do not handle medical malpractice or legal malpractice claims so we can stay focused on DUI, criminal defense, and a narrow set of injury cases.
