Leann was born in Trinidad and Tobago, and raised between the islands, New York City, and New Jersey. Her passion for serving migrant communities stems from personal experiences with U.S. immigration, cross-border settlement, and overcoming a series of related obstacles. Resilient and purposive, Leann achieves the most favorable outcome for her clients by forming creative solutions to complex legal issues. Having navigated the immigration system herself, she provides invaluable insight and expert guidance.
The impetus behind her practice is to effectively serve immigrant families, young professionals and entrepreneurs, and internatonal corporations. She has managed a private practice for over three years, as well as lead an international corporate immigration H-1B Extensions team of over 30+ processors and auditors, achieving record-high success rates on the Fortune 200 company’s H-1B filings.Â
