If any private school who is depositing more money in my account as my salary and asking return money , what legal action I can take against them

you should file a complaint with you income tax department on your employer given that you are liable to pay income tax based on your gross annual income which includes bank remittance's in your account. so in order to avoid you being prosecuted by income tax please report offence to income tax. you are also liable to be prosecuted under benami act and money laundering if you do not file a complaint with Income tax
