How to claim refund of TDS against payment of exgratia

Can i claim refund of tds against payment of exgratia payment to me ,this payment was voluntary,according to few after 1.4.2002 i.t amendement it is taxable but company say you can claim refund, How can I proceed it?
yes u can claim a refund.whether its showing in Form 26AS?whether u have claimed it in Income Tax Return?Yes Rectificafion Application can be submitted for this issue and refund can be claimed from Income Tax Department.
