About other state vehicles registration in telangana

I want to know that the telangana state RTO collecting life tax/ road tax of other state vehicles on invoice price or vehicle cost which is showing in invoice price plz give clear clarifycation

for other state vehicle, the life tax/road tax is calculated as a percentage of invoice value of vehicle ( without any add-ons like insurance, accessories , discounts etc).
also as the age of vehicle is considered whilst tax assessment
