This question for me very confused and My respect of constitution and Judiciary decreased to me.Justice Karnan and SN Shukla case Both Judges Duty withhold my question is without impeachment how Judges duty withholdedwho givenRites toSupreamcourt CJI to with hold Judges duty Constitution clearly said Only impeachment proceedure canremoval of judgestill Impeachment or Resignation Judges can do their duty with any interfearence its clear but now adaysJudges casethis Law clearly violated by Supream court but Supream court CJI onlyhave administrative Power but not CJI Subordinate judges boss allJudges are equal no one upperorlower by constitution only CJI haveadministrative dutyPlease give for this case solution to rebuilt Judges Indipendence against CJIorConstitution bench orderRecently one high court11 member benchalso paased withhold Subordinate Judge Dutywhat is this orders where this power given to constitution benchor CJI? while your grievance may be genuine, there is very little that can be done about it, the reason being that when judges have the authority to decide cases, they have the authority to decide them rightly or wrongly - not intentionally, but the opinion that a judge may have, may differ from others' opinion about things.
but under our constitutional scheme, people are supreme and institutions exercise power only as people's trustees - meaning thereby that the thing that has the biggest impact is public opinion. so while you may approach the supreme court, which is already burdened with heavy case load, I think the more effective approach to resolving a grievance like yours is to create public opinion, because a strong public opinion is more effective than any law, towards keeping institutions on the right track.
