Is their any law for withholding our tc by college authorities?

My name is amina...i am studiying bpharm in a private college based on kerala university.I only attended the class for 5months .The authority is refusing to give tc and asking for full course fees .. what will I do...
There is no law like that. U can discontinue and claim for TC etc. There is a recent judgment of kerala high court on the point. U can approach the high court if ur claim is denied. The matter is to pursued through court since college authorities will not normally accede to ur request.
