The law is very strict, especially for the welfare of the differently abled individuals.
I have argued lots of matters in the interest of disabled/differently abled community members before the high court as well as Supreme Court.
Yes we can file a writ as well as pil, also we can have the proceedings initiated under the statute before the sessions court.
