Allahabad high court judge SN Shukla case

As per constitution High court and Supream court judge duty remove only by impeachment till impeachment or his own resignation he have rites to do his duty.High court or Supream court CJI only have administrative duty they not supreior than other judges as per constitution all judges are have same power.But SN Shukla case CJI wuthdrawn SN Shukla Duty reason for corruption misconduct how can CJI withdrawn High court judge duty ? as pwr constitution clearly said any misconduct only way removal judges impeachment proceedure but SN Shukla case constitution clearly violated by CJI and This kind case CS Karnan case also suspended his duty and withdrawn durty...My question is whuch constifution Artical given rites to supream court or CJI withdraw high court judge duty....my knowledge its clearly violation of constitution how can i fight against this kind violation.

no it's not a violation, it's Constitutional interpretation through which CJI and other senior members acquire power. COI is clear on this point they have supervisory power provided with precedent power to do complete justice. Read SP gupta, series of judgement on this issue.
