Can we give own flat sale deed and relevant documentation if both my home and office are run in same address and ideally a startup with home office

you can use your residential property for operation of your business. however, the tax rate and electricity scheme would change on inspection of the property if you have have any signboard or name plate fixed. you may operate as startup within your house without name board.
