My son's business partner calling me to pay money invested

My son has company and his partner is continuously asking me for money which was loss in business.
I have never received money in my bank account as investment but he continuously ask me to pay back or say he will put us in jail.
I am gov employee and worried how I can get out of this?
Hello if you are not the partner or guarantor of your son startup firm then you are not liable to pay any money. Though your son will be solely responsible if he has executed any agreement with his partner. You can send a legal notice to your son's partner or file a police complaint for harassment and threats
