Sir, I am starting a spice business including manufacturing and packaging so please suggest me what are the certificates and registrations required for this purpose.
In case, you are forming a proprietorship firm, you have to take registration under Shop & Establishment Act, Food Safety and Standards Act and if your expected turnover is 20 lakhs or more, under GST law.
In addition to above registration, if you want to form a partnership firm, partnership deed will be required and thereafter PAN of the firm. In case of company / LLP, you have get incorporation certificate from ROC first.
