About expansion of the company

20-Jul-2023 (In Startup Law)
What to do if your business partner is not ready for expansion of company? What can be done if he is not ready to reinvest the profit for growth or expansion? I am ready to reinvest my own profit but after the business has grown then my partner will ask for equal share of profit in which he hasn't invested and not taken any efforts.

hey.. what is the type of company ... also for any meaningful advice we'd have to take a look at your AOA... i assume it's a private company or partnership with two directors/partners.... if that is a the case you cannot go ahead with expansion without consent of your partner... if at all you feel the need to do your business.. it's probable that you might have to divest from the existing arrangement and start afresh
... or you cab reconsider your existing arrangement and workout a profit sharing ratio (of you want to) between you and your partners. lindly reach out woth more specific queries
