I have filed an RTI application under 7(i) of RTI act 2005 under life and liberty clause through "rtionline.gov.in" portal on 01-02-2020, according to the 7(i) clause I should have been received the response under 48hrs. but I haven't received any yet. That portal also provided me the contact no. & email Id of CPIO which I contact several times but no response received from that too. Everything seems to be useless, what should I do to get my RTI response as soon as possible I & my family is in very critical condition.

RTI applicant should get expeditious reply to the question raised in his RTI Application still if he doesn't receive response, the applicant can file in written and thereafter if no response recived , the applicant can approach PIO and still if no reply is recived the applicant can file appeal.
