Misuse Of RTI to Complaint Against Me

My ex filed RTI in my office stating baseless allegations against me like I threaten her to kill, I should not be transferred, if I get transfer and something happen to that girl my department will be responsible.. instead of questions she made allegations in RTI. What legal action I can take ?
It clearly seems as an abuse of the process. Firstly any information sought in relation to you would be third party information and you can write to the relevant PIO to reject such information. Secondly, you may initiate criminal or civil proceedings against her for defamation. We can seek an injunction, damages or her imprisonment. You will need an advocate to understand the facts and circumstances and go through the documents before drawing out a strategy.
